It was clearly an imitation but with much thinner material and crap leather. Look at the label in the original eBay auction. It is cut straight and centered unlike yours. Looks to me they are taking generic DU bags and printing those labels and sticking them on Filson hang tags. They have sold 18 of them. I just purchased a padded computer bag on eBay.
