#1. This question is related to my build thread here. I wrote to Helenarou and asked: This project is to make a Tudor 7016 Snowflake Submariner. Can you obtain a branded Tudor 7016 case? It is, essentially , the same as the Rolex 5513; however, it has different engraving. The response I got was: It will available in a week or 2. It came out really nice, good weight, good steel, nice bracelet.
The Helenarou case is designed so you can drop the movement with both screws in at about 30 degrees off-center, through the use of cut-outs. When you turn the movement you can screw out the screws and push it flush against the inside of the case. I have the Helenarou's red bezel BB case. Very nice quality, though the bezel action leaves something to be desired. I also have a BB-mod Seiko SKX. In the end, you'll probably be paying the same amount of money for the Helenarou watch and the Seiko mod. My Seiko: SKX007 0 Murphy bezel Bezel insert Monster dome sapphire Dial and .
