good choice for using the JF 16610 LN base for your 16800 project because the JF 16610 LN has a shallow-looking rehaut which corresponds to the 16800's unique characteristic It's too bad that the JF 16610 has been discontinued, but I suppose it wasn't a huge seller for them. This 16800 is very aged, the bezel notches are smoother than the 16610 due to wear over time: The rehaut is the same depth, making a sanded and polished 16610 rehaut a legit option. #1. Hi everyone, Since i discovered the 3135 clone movement, i thought i finally have an opportunity to work on a rolex movement, at a fraction of the price. I eventually bought a JF 16610LV on M2M here and her i am, hunting for good deals on ebay&co. NOTE: This is not a guide nor a tutorial. you have to drill out the case a tad to get it to sit flush, then retap. Easy enough to do if your handy and have the right tools. tap size is M3 x .35 Thanks! I've asked this a few times on RWI without success.
