Based on the serial number, the watch movement seems to be dated from 1959/1960 rather than the 40s. To me, it looks similar to Seamaster model from the early 1960's ref. 14704 but I'm sure other experts from here can provide more information.

Easy way to tell that it's fake is that it's using a quartz movement with day/date and 24hr subdials when it should be a mechanical chronograph movement. This watch was made years, maybe decades after the Vietnam war concluded. EVERY "Breitling" which has 1111 on the case back is fake.
